I hate treadmills.
And Stairmasters. And spin bikes. And ellipticals machines.
The act of exercising while not going to a place is a problem for me. I don’t want to be the hamster. Watching bad TV at the gym while counting the mileage on the digital screen is my idea of workout purgatory. It’s boring. And boring things don’t last.
But a good excuse is just a bad excuse with some fancy wrapping paper logic.
It doesn’t solve the problem. And the problem is, I need more cardiovascular strength. You may have read the recent piece about My Latest Art Project being my health.
